To answer Mojo's question

By no means a final product, yet I figured out how to stitch photos together. It has possibilities.

This might be of interest:

as an addition to the summer farmers markets and all.

We have Alice and Mary, two nice elderly women who jam and jelly it up something fierce. They also make a filbert brittle that should go national.

Nice! When I said combine them, this one one way to do it.

Another approach (not sure it would work, but...) is to lay one on top of the other and combine/blend them into one. Picasa (which might not be for macs) allows you to do this as a type of collage. Picasa is a freebie.

I don't have the nerve to try this, but with your art background, it might be worth checking out.

I don't see anything in picasa for mac or in iphoto that would do this.

POSSIBLE CORRECTION: I was using picasa web uploader, not the full picasa for mac, which did not exist a while ago. I just installed the full Picasa for Mac 3.0 beta. Will check out its stitching, overlay, and blending features, if they are there.

Ok, Picasa for Mac 3.0 beta has under the Create menu, a choice for collage. Collage has the following choices: picture pile, mosaic, frame mosaic, grid, contact sheet, multiple exposure (superimpose.)

One of those should do it for your mac, bastin. Free from google, of course.

It even has a "publish to blogger" feature.

Thanks for the suggestions and research guys. I have just downloaded Picasa and I will play with it a bit tonight.

Ooops. Version I downloaded requires Intel-based Mac. Too new school for me.
