I'm ahead preflop. 40.17 to win. Meaningless, I know. 15% on flop with an OESD and 2 pair. Would I play it the same way again? Would you?

Hwang points out that a simple OESD with nothing on top is pure crap. I should have learned my lesson on this hand, but I didn't. I may have had a chance and therefore a reason to call with the two pair added, but now that I look at it again, I don't think so. As it played out, even though UTG+1 was a 3 to 1 favorite on the turn, it still wasn't good enough.

Those middle connected hands are train wrecks looking for a spot to go off the rails.
I'm no O guru. But those hands with middle cards are either going to stack or get stacked. If you love variation -- and what PLO player doesn't -- play em.
Don't know about you; but I don't think I have the discipline to play them properly.
