Playing Aces for all they are worth.

All at the same table within 50 hands.

*** RIVER *** [2h 4d 7h 5d] [5h]
bastinptc mucked [As Ah 3h Ts]
mrjonesone (small blind) showed [4c 5s 2d 3d] and won ($19.70) with a full house, Fives full of Fours
I had limped UTG, the SB raised, BB called and I potted it. Both called. With top pair, wheel and nut flush draw, I jammed. SB folded. BB was nutso LAG and proceded to raise preflop every hand thereafter.

I just don't get it.Does this kind of shit happen in the bigger rooms? Am I just a crappy player or just shit outa luck? Can someone please enlighten me?

Dealt to bastinptc [Kh Ac Ad 8d]
bastinptc collected ($0.35)
Of course.

*** RIVER *** [Jc 3d 4h 9s] [Qh]
bastinptc mucked [Ad 2h Qd As]
kyt_runr showed [Qs 9c Qc 8c] and won ($3.40) with three of a kind, Queens
I popped the shorty and he jammed. Of course.

and two hands before that...

*** RIVER *** [Ac 7s 7c Kd] [Tc]
bastinptc mucked [Jh 8c Ah Ad]
99canes showed [6c 7h 7d 9c] and won ($11.85) with four of a kind, Sevens
I kept asking myself. Could he really have Quads?"

Omaha. Meh.

One of those days, man. One of those days. We all have them. If you can avoid the anger, there is still that sick lump.

All you can do is play out of it. It is pure variance and your job is to ignore it. Easily said, right? :)

What's hard to ignore is that this session and the following NLHE session depleted half of my meager roll. Looks like .02/.04 games for a while. Double meh.
