A work colleague has a serious of photos using a similar technique which he took after a bushfire. It perfectly highlighted the blacks/greys of the moonscape with the bright colours of the new growth.
Yeah, I learn a new trick with Photoshop and I beat it to death.
The title, Sis, stands for deciduous and evergreen, not exactly an accurate word to use for the trees in the photo on the left, yet I didn't want to use the word conifer. I scrubbed in on too many of those as a young medic.
