Introductions are made and I sit facing the window. There is a slight glare from something reflective down on the street.
Interviewer #1: "Is that bothering you?"
"It's not bad, I can move over a bit."
Interviewer #2: Let me pull the shade. I want to see his eyes."

That's an unprofessional thing to say, imo.
Either it was a romantic gesture, or he knew that the window is the eye to one's soul.
